PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) is thinking Babar Azam to remain captain of Pakistani team for a one format only.
This consideration came into due to his below average performance during the home series Test against New Zealand, England, and Australia.
By the end of home series it is expected that decision regarding the captaincy and the time period of the head coach and bowling coach would be shared.
Najam Sethi PCB’s Chairman decision to make Shan Masood the vice-captain is in list, while it was also considered to reduce Babar Azam’s influence in all three formats.
However, earlier reports which was circulating that for all the three formats might have separate captains.
