Pepsi Declared as Major Partner of Pakistan Women’s Cricket Team by PCB

With the announcement of a one-year agreement signed on Wednesday at the headquarters of Pakistan Cricket Gaddafi Stadium Lahore between Pepsi and PCB members, Pepsi has become the key partner of the Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team.

At the announcement event, PCB Commercial Director Babar Hamid and Pepsi Co Marketing Director Ayesha Janjua were present.

“The PCB strongly believes in the growth and promotion of women’s cricket, and this partnership with Pepsi is an important indication of our commitment in this regard. In recent years, Pakistan’s national cricket team has advanced rapidly; the team is an international force to be reckoned with and continues to inspire young girls all over the country,” said Commercial PCB Director Babar Hamid.

Ayesha Janjua, who has extensive marketing experience and is well-known in Pakistan for taking new initiatives that enable brands to interact emotionally and intellectually with the audience. Various Women’s Empowerment Programs are in her court.

The agreement comes into influence from the limited overs series of South Africa-Pakistan, with the first match of the three-match ODI series being played at Kingsmead Ground Durban today. The three-match T20I series will follow the ODI series.
