PM Shehbaz Sharif Inaugurates Green, Blue Line Metro Bus Service in Islamabad

Recently in Islamabad, Blue Line and Green Line metro bus inaugurated by Prime Minister, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif to facilitate the residents and to provide relief for commuters of two cities i.e Islamabad and Rawalpindi dealing with high fuel prices.

While in inaugural ceremony, PM addressed that the service is a gift for the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi which will assist the common man, students and employees of that routes.

Foundation of Metro Bus Operation Command and Control Centre was also implanted by Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif.

All the related facilities of the project which includes passenger stations on these routes should be completed as soon as possible, ordered to the concerned department by PM Shehbaz Sharif.

The 15.5 km long routes will consist of eight stations.While the 20 km long route will have of 13 stations.

Green Line Metro Bus Service will have a route between Bhara Kahu area to PIMS Hospital Islamabad.

While on the other hand, Blue Line Metro Bus Service will run between Koral Chowk to PIMS Hospital Islamabad.
