The Power Division has clarified that no scheduled load shedding is currently taking place anywhere in Pakistan, stating that the country’s electricity demand is being fully met through the national power system.
According to the department, sufficient power generation and supply are available to ensure uninterrupted electricity for consumers across the country.
Officials said the national grid remains stable and is operating efficiently, allowing electricity distribution companies to provide a continuous power supply without the need for planned outages.
The Power Division also noted that any isolated power interruptions experienced by consumers are likely due to technical faults, maintenance work, or local distribution issues rather than a shortage of electricity.
The statement comes amid public concerns over electricity availability during the peak summer season, with authorities assuring citizens that the overall power supply remains adequate to meet current demand nationwide.
