Prisoners in Karachi Central Jail will be able to watch the Pakistan-Australia match on a large screen

As the date for a mega clash between Pakistan and Australia to book a spot in the T20 World Cup Final approaches, cricket fever is at an all-time high.

The Karachi Central Jail administration has installed a big screen for the prisoners to watch the match and entertain themselves, just as big screens are being installed for the masses at various locations throughout the city for the semi-final encounter of the ICC T20 World Cup.

The inside walls of the jail have been decorated with portraits of Pakistani players and PCB logos, and the inmates are enjoying themselves by dancing to national songs. Hassan Sahito, the jail superintendent, said that all preparations have been made for today’s match, and that a large screen has been installed in the jail’s Mayo ward.
