PSL Franchise Disagree with PCB idea of Shifting League to UAE

The Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) intention to move the event to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the future has been met with opposition from the Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises.

Franchisees were informed by board representatives of the advantages of having the league in the Gulf nation. The PCB raised its worries about the increased security costs and the inattentive crowds at various locations in Pakistan.

The board claimed that more overseas cricketers would travel to play if this competition was held in the UAE.

The only league in the nation has been continued at home, although the franchises have resisted the concept. The franchises also declined to consent to the league’s addition of two more teams.
