Punjab Opens Lahore IT Jobs With Monthly Salaries Up to Rs726,290

Punjab’s Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department has announced IT vacancies in Lahore, with monthly salaries reaching Rs726,290. The openings include general manager and assistant manager positions, with applications due by November 19, 2026.

The department is recruiting for General Manager Analytics and General Manager Digitalization. It is also seeking candidates for Assistant Manager positions in Full Stack Development and Backend Development.

Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the Punjab Jobs Portal. The advertised monthly pay goes up to Rs726,290 across the recruitment exercise.

In a separate recruitment drive reported by this publication on August 2, 2026, the Punjab Masstransit Authority opened positions in Lahore and Rawalpindi for experienced professionals and qualified drivers. Those vacancies covered management, IT and transport work, with monthly salaries ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs480,000.

The authority’s highest-paying opening was for one Director Operations for the Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System in Lahore. It offered a gross monthly salary of Rs480,000, including applicable benefits and taxes. The requirements also included at least eight years of relevant professional experience and a maximum age of 45 years.

For that operations role, preference was to be given to applicants who had managed or supervised public transport projects. The authority’s recruitment campaign also included a Deputy Director IT vacancy under the Pakistan Metro Bus System in Rawalpindi.
