Punjab to Launch Free Motorbike Scheme for Girls

Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has revealed plans to introduce a free motorbike program for girls, urging parents to have faith in their daughters’ abilities. She shared this initiative during the conclusion of the inaugural Chief Minister Pink Games event. At the same event, she unveiled the forthcoming Punjab League, which is set to involve a massive one million participants.

Furthermore, she extended a warm welcome to the Ambassador of Korea, Park Kijun, aiming to explore opportunities for collaboration in industrial sectors such as electronics, automobiles, and information technology.

Highlighting Punjab’s investment potential in agriculture and mining, the CM aims to enhance crop yields per acre by leveraging Korean expertise.

In addition, she inaugurated the newly renovated Shahdara metro bus station and announced a significant budget allocation of Rs200 billion for the Lahore Waste Management Company. This substantial investment aims to enhance solid waste management efforts throughout Punjab.

Expressing her condolences for the victims affected by contaminated food in Tandlianwala, she has requested a detailed report from the Inspector General of Police regarding the incident.
