Motivational speaker and YouTuber Qasim Ali Shah is named the chairman of the board of governors of the Al Hamra Arts Council, Lahore, by interim chief minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
Shah allegedly posted a photo of himself from the office on his Twitter page. His appointment has been widely reported on social media.
Qasim Ali Shah tweeted, “Joined Alhumra Arts Council as Chairman Alhumdulilah.” Many online users pointed out that he spelled Al Hamra incorrectly in his tweet.
Journalist and broadcaster Alina Shigri tweeted a few days ago that she had learned that Qasim Ali Shah had applied for the position at Al Hamra.
