After waiting five years for the Green Line bus service to begin, the authorities declared on Tuesday that work on the Red Line, which will run from Malir Halt to Numaish, will begin this month.
The authorities announced on Tuesday that construction on the Red Line will begin this month which will run from Malir Halt to Numaish.
“A meeting chaired by Commissioner Karachi Navid Ahmed Shaikh reviewed the arrangements for work to begin on the BRT Red Line Corridor project from Malir Halt to Numaish this month,” as per the announcement.
Karachi commissioner stated, “The Red Line project is part of BRT and will help the government achieve its goal of providing better transportation facilities and improving the transportation system.”
