Sahibzada Farhan Becomes World’s 5th Player to Hit Four T20 Centuries in a Calendar Year

Sahibzada Farhan, playing for Islamabad United, made history during PSL 10 by scoring his fourth T20 century of the year. This incredible achievement places him alongside some of the biggest names in cricket, such as Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, Jos Buttler, and Shubman Gill—players known for their outstanding performances in T20 cricket.

Farhan reached his century in just 49 balls during a match against Peshawar Zalmi at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. This was his first-ever century in the Pakistan Super League and a special one, as it made him the first Pakistani cricketer to score four T20 hundreds in a single calendar year. What makes it even more impressive is that he accomplished this feat in only nine innings.

His brilliant innings helped Islamabad United post a massive total of 243 runs for 5 wickets. A major highlight of the game was his strong partnership with Colin Munro, with whom he shared a 144-run stand. Farhan’s performance not only led his team to a dominant position but also marked a major milestone in his growing T20 career.

This achievement shows how far Sahibzada Farhan has come and highlights his potential to become one of the leading T20 players in the world.
