Saudi Arabia Govt Offers 400 Million Euros Salary and Freedom to Select Any Club to Karim Benzema

Real Madrid striker, Karim Benzema, is considering his future with the club after receiving a massive offer from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for their top football league, the Pro League. In January, Benzema was presented with a two-year contract worth an astonishing €400 million, similar to the deal Cristiano Ronaldo signed with Al Nassr club.

Initially, it was reported that the 35-year-old footballer had agreed to extend his contract with Real Madrid for another year to pursue the UEFA Champions League. However, the situation has since evolved, and Benzema is now carefully weighing the lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia, which not only promises a huge payday but also incredible incentives.

If he accepts the offer, Benzema will have the freedom to choose any club in the Saudi League and enjoy luxurious accommodations throughout his time in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, his salary would be tax-free, and he would retain full control over his image rights, potentially securing lucrative endorsement deals.

This follows a trend of big-money offers from Saudi Arabia, as a top Saudi football official recently offered £100 million to Portuguese football manager Jose Mourinho to coach the Saudi Arabia national team. Furthermore, Al Hilal FC in KSA made headlines by offering Argentine star Lionel Messi a salary of over €400 million per year, making him the highest-paid footballer in the world.
