Sindh Govt has given the navy permission to use 200 acres of land in Karachi for housing community

According to sources, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah chaired a cabinet meeting on Wednesday during which he approved the transfer of 200 acres of land to the Navy for the Naval Cooperative Housing Society. The Sindh cabinet has granted large swaths of land in Lal Bakhar’s deh near Karachi’s Hawke’s Bay beach.

Separately, the Pakistan Navy stopped an Indian submarine’s effort to slip into Pakistani seas, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

“The Pakistan Navy, with its unwavering vigilance and professional skill, once again identified and prevented the Indian submarine from entering Pakistani seas on 16 October,” the military’s media wing said in a statement.
