Feb 12th, 2021 was a milestone in the EdTech industry of Pakistan where another EdTech company named Skills Todo was officially launched nationwide.
The launch event was held at Pearl Continental Lahore where many industry experts joined the ceremony to show their support and appreciation. And we could see this launch as one of its kinds celebration for a startup that in itself was a trendsetter.
Skills Todo offers a unique learning experience by offering courses that are under 90 minutes and are no more than 2500 PKR. Also, all of these courses are offered by some of the best domain experts across Pakistan who’ve not only made a fortune out of these skills but have also got international recognition.
Facebook joined the event virtually and Sehar Tariq, Public Policy Manager at Facebook appreciated both Skills Todo as a platform for eLearning and the founder, Ayesha Zaman Hammaad as a woman entrepreneur saying, “Ayesha has worked so hard in her business and she has proven today with the launch of this platform that if you work hard anything is possible not only for you but for hundreds and thousands of other people. So I hope hundreds and thousands of other people will benefit from this platform.”

Skills Todo joined hands with a number of notable incubators, online communities, social initiatives as ‘Knowledge Collaborator’ to help incentivize their beneficiaries when it comes to learning skills and paving a better career path.
The interesting thing to learn here is that Skills Todo has already made it to its first international recognition by making it to the top 5% of the startups at Startany – a marketplace that connects startups and investors globally.
