Systems Limited collaborated with Habib University – Karachi for the Training & Development of Students

Systems Limited and Habib University – Karachi signed Memorandum of Understanding to equip students with the essential training and development to fulfil future talent demands. The MOU was signed in the presence of Naureen Anwar, SVP – Special Projects, Systems Limited, Maryam Bashir, AVP – HR & People Excellence, Systems Limited and Yasmeen Bano, Senior Director Student Success, Shoaib Khan, Head of Career Services and faculty members of Habib University. The objective of this MoU is to explore areas of mutual collaboration and cooperation between Systems Limited and Habib University – Karachi to share knowledge and technical expertise.

This collaboration will help bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering industry exposure, trainings, industry-collaborated final-year projects, and workshops to aid academic pursuits, enhance skills, and enrich the market knowledge of students. Considering the current market trends and future industrial needs, it aims to work on curriculum enhancement through joint efforts of university faculty and Systems professionals.

Naureen Anwar, SVP – Special Projects, Systems Limited highlighted the importance of collaboration with Habib University – Karachi, “This collaboration between Systems Limited and Habib University will provide multiple opportunities for students and faculty to optimize industry specific and market-oriented learning and development with the help of Systems’ professionals”.

Yasmeen Bano, Senior Director Student Success, Habib University, also shed light on this occasion, “Habib University’s one-of-a-kind initiative for industry-academia collaboration, the Career Curation program with Habib’s mission of ensuring ‘Outstanding Student Success’ as our foremost strategic goal. We believe that this partnership serves as a testament to Systems Limited’s belief in the mission and strong commitment to transforming youth career development through such collaborations”.
