Incepted in 2006, this program resonates with Telenor Pakistan’s purpose of empowering societies and sets robust precedence for young talent to kickstart their corporate journey. It is a prestigious platform for aspiring students to learn, grow and excel in their professional pursuits.
This six-week program fosters an experiential learning milieu that stimulates the business acumen of the interns through workshops, training sessions, mentorship by highly skilled managers, and access to Telenor Pakistan’s comprehensive online learning portal. Moreover it effectively engages and trains young talent, allowing them to experience corporate lifestyle and work culture.
Much like every year, Telenor Pakistan received an overwhelming volume of applications for the Super Intern Program for 2022. Over 5,000 applications were received this year, out of which 43 interns have been onboarded after an extensive recruitment process across various business functions and locations, including Islamabad, Faisalabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, and Sukkur. Having individuals from a wide-ranging demographic spectrum has resulted in equal learning opportunities for all the best performing interns are also hired permanently in case of relevant job openings.
