The government has allocated Rs189 billion for development projects in South Punjab

Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar, the Minister for Industries and Production, announced on Wednesday that the government has allocated Rs189 billion for development projects in South Punjab.

He was chairing a high-level meeting at the South Punjab Secretariat in Bahawalpur, according to the facts.

According to Makhdoom Khusro, the programme intends to enhance the South Punjab Secretariat in Bahawalpur and Multan. The administration is making every effort to rid the region of its backwardness.

It is important to note that the government has split the yearly development plan for the South Punjab Secretariat, with Rs 189 billion set aside to finish 2500 development projects.
