The schedule of the World Cup was announced by the official account of ICC on the social networking website Twitter. The opening match of the World Cup will take place on October 5 between England and New Zealand, per the schedule.

As per the schedule released by ICC, Pakistan will play its first match on October 6 in Hyderabad against the winner of the qualifying round. India’s largest ‘Narendra Modi Stadium’ in Ahmedabad will host the Pak-India Takra match on October 15.
Pakistan’s fourth game will be against Australia in Bengaluru, and their fifth game will be against Afghanistan in Chennai. The final game for Pakistan will take place in Kolkata versus England, according to the schedule.

According to the ICC schedule, the semi-finals of the World Cup will be played on November 15 and 16 in Mumbai and Kolkata. On November 19, the World Cup final will take place at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.
It should be noted that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had expressed concerns about the World Cup 2023 matches being played in the Indian city of Mumbai. The PCB has informed the ICC that the Pakistani team will not travel to Mumbai. The Pakistan cricket squad is not safe in Mumbai.
