The World’s first electric plane that does not need conventional fuel for flight

The world’s first plane that does not need conventional fuel to fly but can fly with the help of electricity. The first test flight of the prototype model of the all-electric passenger plane named Alice was successful. On September 27, this aircraft took off from the Grant County International Airport in the United States. It reached an altitude of 3000 feet during the 8-minute flight.

Aviation Aircraft Company manufactured the plane. CEO Gregory Davis said the new date was set because propulsion technology had not changed since the 1950s. This aircraft employs the same battery technology as an electric vehicle or a smartphone, and it can fly for an hour after only 30 minutes of charge. The airplane has a maximum speed of 287 mph and can transport 9 passengers and 2 pilots.

The business anticipates that these aircraft will be delivered to airlines by 2027. Aviation Aircraft plans to finish the final version of the aircraft by 2025. After which it will be tested for a year or two. It should be noted that the first flight of this aircraft was scheduled for 2021. However, it got canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic and other issues.
