Severe earthquake tremors have been felt in various cities of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan including Islamabad. Strong tremors of the earthquake have also been felt in Peshawar, Kohat, Swabi. Apart from this, earthquake tremors were felt in Lahore, Quetta, Rawalpindi. Apart from this, earthquake tremors were also felt in Bahawalpur, Lodhran, DG Khan, Mianwali, Khanewal, Toba Tek Singh, Para Chinar, Karak. Frightened people came out of their houses reciting Kalima Tayyaba. The magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 7.7. No loss of life or property has been reported so far.
