Elon Musk Announces Audio, Video Call Feature on ‘X’ Twitter

Elon Musk’s social media platform, formerly known as Twitter and now called X, is getting ready to add video and audio calling features. This is because another platform owned by Meta Platforms, called Threads, has become a big competitor.

Musk wants to make X a super app that does everything, like messaging, social networking, and payments. These new features will work on iPhones, Android phones, and computers, and you won’t need a phone number to use them.

Musk hasn’t said exactly when these features will come out, but he’s changing X to be more like China’s WeChat app, which does many things. Musk is also planning to change how news links show up on X, which might affect how news websites are seen on the platform. He’s still helping with making X better.
