Gold Price Drops in Pakistan, Latest Rate Here

On Thursday, the gold market witnessed a decline in prices, with the per tola (11.66 grams) of 24 karat gold dropping by Rs1,800 to Rs218,200 compared to its previous rate of Rs220,000. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs1,543, settling at Rs187,071 from its previous value of Rs188,614. The trend extended to 22 karat gold, where the price for 10 grams decreased to Rs171,482 from Rs172,897, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Simultaneously, the per tola silver price experienced a decrease of Rs20, reaching Rs2,660, while the ten-gram silver price dropped by Rs17.14, settling at Rs2,280.52.

Internationally, the price of gold saw a reduction by $.15, being sold at $2,067 as opposed to the previous rate of $2,082. These fluctuations in precious metal prices, influenced by both domestic and international factors, play a crucial role in shaping economic perceptions and investment decisions.
