Government Increase Petrol Price By RS. 10, New Price Reaches RS. 282

Petrol is a necessity for daily needs. Pakistan imports petroleum products, hence the price of petrol can be affected by the global market and Pakistan’s currency rate.

The government has increased the price of petrol by Rs 10 per liter, resulting in a fuel price per literĀ of Rs 282.

Ishaq Dar, the finance minister, raised the price of fuel by Rs. 10 per liter on Saturday. He stated that the cost of diesel and light diesel oil will be the same at Rs. 293 and Rs. 174.68, respectively.

The Finance Division explained the rise in petroleum product prices in a statement by mentioning thatĀ “increased petroleum prices in the international market and exchange rate variation.”
