ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday fixed May 5 as the date for hearing a petition filed by Imran Khan challenging the Election Commission’s (ECP) disqualification in the Toshakhana case.

in which it was said that the request to withdraw the petition is requested when the matter is pending in the Lahore High Court.
The stay order to stop the by-election in Mianwali has also been extended till May 5.
The court asked that when the matter is pending in one forum, can another forum be approached?
