LG is a known brand for electronic items, whereas it has released its rotating dual-screen phone that is the LG Wing as part of its own Explorer project. This Korean phone manufacturer is certainly looking for experimenting more under the project as the company is now already working in the phone domain that is with a rollable display type.
During the launch of LG Wing, “The LG Rollable” was originally teased as it is expected to launch in March 2021. The new patent for it is taken; however, the patent was spotted by the LetsGoDigital and was filed previously in last year August 2019 but has now been published.
A patent is titled “Roll-slide Mobile terminal”, and that shows how its display works. It describes a phone with an extendable aperture like the frame that can expand its display once, and it pulled out easily.
The patent application of it has also hinted that the handset may support the stylus.

The OLED display can easily be extended like twice to its original size, and here you can also roll out the screen from one side individually, whereas the display will automatically get adjusted its own orientation based on the current position.
Moreover, there is also a second frame that also pops out of the main body, and it just moves using the saw gears and some other elastic elements that make sure the smooth movements of it. It also has a safety mechanism in place to prevent the display from rolling out unintentionally or dangerously.
The launch of this phenomenal product is expected in March of the next year, and more information is expected to pop up on the surface as the launch date comes or draws near to the launching date.
