Pakistani Cueist Babar Masih Defeats Indian Peer At Six-Red World Championship

In the first round of the six Red World Snooker Championship in Qatar, Pakistani cueist Babar Masih defeated Indian player Ishpreet Singh Chadha. Babar accomplished the feat on Friday after outclassing his arch-rival India’s peer in the International Billards Snooker Federation 6 Reds World Cup.

While finishing the group D match 5-0, the thoroughly prepared Pakistani player did not allow Singh to win even a single frame. Singh became tense and missed vital colour balls, costing him the game; he was only one blackball away from winning the game if he hadn’t pocketed it.

Because the ball had wobbled in Chadha’s effort to pocket it, Babar discovered it right on the edge of the pocket with the cueball in an ideal position.

In the second frame, the unfortunate Indian player made a number of errors, including missing pocketing an easy pink ball set in the original location. Masih of Pakistan, who seized the lead with a score of 2-0, benefited from the errors. After Babar’s victory, the Indian cueist couldn’t hold on and dropped the next three frames.
