Pakistan’s Saylani Welfare to Set Up Islamic Schools in US

Saylani Welfare International Trust, a non-profit organization, has announced its intention to expand its educational initiatives by establishing an Islamic School System in the United States.

This announcement was made by Maulana Bashir Farooq Qadri, Founder and Chairman of Saylani Trust, during a meeting with the organization’s CEO Bashir Farooq Qadri and COO Muhammad Ghazzal. The decision follows Maulana Bashir Farooq Qadri’s recent 21-day visit to the US and Turkey.

Maulana Bashir Farooq Qadri shared that a dedicated education committee consisting of five members has been formed in Houston, Texas, to oversee the development and operation of the Islamic school system. Additionally, Saylani Trust has established outlets on Chicago’s Devon Avenue and at the Faizan-e-Aisha Mosque in New York as part of its ongoing efforts.

Highlighting further developments, Maulana Bashir Farooq Qadri mentioned that two Turkish organizations have pledged significant support to Saylani Trust. These organizations will donate a large number of cows for meat distribution to underprivileged people in Pakistan during Eidul Azha. The Turkish government institution, Diyanet, will contribute cows for sacrifice in Faisalabad, while the non-governmental organization, Haider, will donate cows for Hyderabad.

The initiatives by Saylani Welfare International Trust aim to enhance educational opportunities and provide essential support to communities, both locally and internationally. These efforts underscore the organization’s commitment to humanitarian causes and promoting educational values within the Islamic framework.
