Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Monday that his government is committed to helping the country’s farmers. He predicts an Agricultural Revolution and says farmers made profits of Rs.1,100 Billion.
He said this while speaking at a ceremony in Multan to distribute Kissan Cards to farmers. PM Khan said the Kissan Card scheme is a significant initiative taken by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government to improve the living standards of the country’s farmers.
“The scheme will improve farmers’ living conditions.”
Farmers’ gains will eventually benefit the entire world. According to the premier, wheat farmers received Rs500 billion for their crops, and the wheat crop rate increased by Rs500 during the incumbent government’s tenure.
PM Khan said that his government is working to provide farmers with loans through Kissan Cards to help them compensate for their losses.
