Sindh High Court Ordered To Take Actions Against Illegal Constructions in Karachi

The Sindh High Court ordered to take action against major illegal constructions before the next hearing.

The Sindh High Court heard Nazimabad’s 2 illegal structures at the court’s request and expressed discontent with the SBC’s performance.

The court claimed that since the SBCA was unable to stop the complaints against illegal buildings which were continually brought before the court.

The petitioner was given a personal appearance summons and told to show up on June 26.

According to the SBCA report, Plot 2C in Azamabad No. 2 is the site of unlawful structures, permission was not obtained before construction began on the plot, and illegal projects would be subject to enforcement.

The court ordered a significant operation against illegal buildings and stated that it should be finished prior to the subsequent hearing.

It should be mentioned that the city has petitioned the court to prohibit the unauthorized buildings.
