Annually celebrated Women in Business and Leadership Conference (WIBCON) is back and better than ever!

Launched in 2008 by Pakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD), WIBCON stands as one of Pakistan’s pioneering platforms dedicated to identifying, acknowledging, and empowering women of change. Additionally, it fosters discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) workplace practices.

Beyond the Corporate Horizon:

Initially, the conference’s focus was to empower women in the workplace and bring forward best practices for their growth. Over time, WIBCON expanded its horizon to include speakers and content that focus on individual development. PSTD terms this phenomenon as “RISing”; a journey of self-discovery. It’s about learning who we are and who we choose to become and how to go about it. The theme for WIBCON 2024 is RISE in SYNC, signifying collective empowerment where every experience results in upliftment.

RISing is a platform for women of all ages and phases of life, including c-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, working women, HR professionals, students, homemakers, dreamers, and achievers.
